Navy ROTC at University of Arizona
NROTC University of Arizona
NROTC at University of Arizona contracts midshipmen on national scholarships into the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps.
About this program
The Naval ROTC program at the University of Arizona develops young men and women morally, mentally, and physically, preparing them for leadership in an increasingly technical Navy and Marine Corps. It is open to undergraduates who want to serve their country as Navy or Marine Corps officers.
The Arizona battalion is a distinctive mix of more than 70 students: midshipmen recruited from high schools and colleges across the country alongside active-duty Sailors and Marines in the STA-21 and MECEP commissioning programs. That blend gives the unit an environment where academics, physical training, and leadership development are enriched by real experience from the fleet.
