About this program

Run by cadre at University of Alabama in Huntsville, Charger Battalion is the Army ROTC battalion for Alabama and surrounding Alabama. Cadets and alumni use the unit's nickname, the Charger, on guidons and class shirts.

Major-wise, cadets here cluster around engineering and physical sciences and business and political science, with cadre encouraging technical degrees where the cadet's career interests fit.
